1. Completing grant requirements and accessing previously submitted application forms

To view online applications you have submitted after 1 January 2016 or to complete any grant requirements (as specified in your funding agreement) you need to log into Youth Music's online grants portal. You must use the same email address that you used to log in to complete your application form. If you have forgotten which email address was used, please email




Please note that all reporting requirements should be submitted through the online grants portal. Where a template has been provided for reference only, you will be asked to enter the requested information directly into the online form, as we are unable to accept it as an attachment.

Budget Reporting Forms

For grant holders with unique reference numbers from 4892 to 5509:

Grant holders with unique reference numbers 5510 or higher will be required to report their budget spend data using the online form in the grants portal.



Existing Fund A and Fund B granthholders are eligible to apply to uplift their grant so that any Youth Music-funded posts are paid at the living wage and to cover the first year accreditation costs of becoming a living wage employer.
