Event description
Arts Award is a nationally recognised qualification for children and young people aged 5 – 25 offering five different levels: Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Encouraging involvement across the arts, Arts Award gives young people the opportunity to explore, enjoy and benefit from their local arts opportunities and creates links to creative organisations and professionals.
During the sessions Sound Connections will present all the latest information about Arts Award, looking at new and exciting ways of delivering the Arts Award programme. Find out about the different Arts Award qualifications and about Arts Award training and support and learn more about setting up partnerships and networks. There will be opportunities for discussion, sharing new ideas and best practice over tea, coffee and snacks.
