We need to test new ways of connecting with communities across both regions with regard to music. Helping those in remote and isolated locations and support youth arts and culture generally in reaching a wider audience and creating the conditions in which Culture Together Sounding Sense can support all young people taking part to flourish and achieve in and through their music making.
