Creative Evaluation?

Hello, Thanks to Youth Music for funding the WILD Young Parents' Project for another 3 years. We are looking forward to expanding our work from the last year and developing our project.

I wanted to ask this Early Years group about their experiences of evaluating sessions creatively. We have just been funded for another 3 years from Youth Music and are developing our 'Music Makes Me Happy' project.

Music Makes ME Happy - core delivery of early years music sessions for the children of young parents.

Music Makes US Happy - workshops helping young mums, dads and children to build positive attachment through music.

Music Makes MUMS Happy - music skills, music leadership and personal progression for young mums.

Happy Music LEADERS - building skills and confidence in Early Years workers to embed music participation into their everyday work with families experiencing challenging circumstances, and creating opportunities for partner agencies to learn and share good practise together.

I want to embed 'creative' evaluation into this project from the offset, and wanted to ask if any of you have used any creative and exciting evaluation practises that were effective, were fun, and that you could share. Many thanks. Becca
