Are you writing an inclusion strategy for your MINC?

I am helping with the development of an inclusion strategy for Youth Music's MINC partner in York and the Humber.

I am helping with the development of an inclusion strategy for Music4U - Youth Music's MINC partner in York and the Humber. We are hoping to create a document that reflects our interests as well as those of our hub partners and other stakeholders. I am writing to ask if anyone in this group is currently working on their inclusion strategy. I would be interested to hear how you are approaching the development of your strategy and where you are in the processs. In addition, I would be most grateful if anyone has any works-in-progress, helpful tips or resources, or final versions to share. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
