Capturing Data! - Getting the most out of Substance Views

Are other organisations using this software?

We've been piloting Substance Views for some time and decided it is a great tool to capture rich information about the projects we're running. It is not without its practical issues and therefore I wanted to throw it out and ask who else is using it and how is it working for you? 

Working out in many different settings, across several local authorities, numerous partner organisations with different outcomes, stipulations and literature attached to projects can make updating the software quite fiddly. Our day to day use of it is getting more and more efficient and the results are far richer and qualitative than our old way of gathering statistics but the process is undoubtedly more complex and requires a lot more steering. It'd be interesting to know how others are finding it.
