"Relationship" in Music teaching and Music leading
I was in a meeting the other day, we got into a debate about the difference (if any) between music leading and music teaching and the importance of "relationship" with a young person in both settings.
We talked about the relevance of both areas of practice and how they relate to one another. What I found interesting was the discussion about "Relationship" and how important this is in our practice.
How do you define the two- for young people I guess it may be irrelevant as the important focus is the "relationship". But is there a distinction between the two in terms of relationship?
