hi, i'm matthew francis 17 from south london and i have a idea for my youth centre to start since i'm currently on the youth board.

i wanted to know how i can get funding and easy accesable information to create my idea for the youth around my area, so they don't end up wasting life and making something good of them selfs instead of ending up in prison or dead.
