Post a blog

Blogs are a great way to share news or your opinions or thoughts on topics of interest.

To add a blog, log in to your account. You will then arrive at your account area where you can start creating content - look for the 'Add Content' next to 'My Account' in the top bar and select 'Post'. Read our top tips on writing blogs on the Network. Once you have submitted your blog it will appear under 'Posts' in the top bar. 

 

Post an event

Know of any training, networking or performance events coming up in your area? Share this info with the community!

To add an event, log in to your account. You will then arrive at your account area where you can start creating content -  look for the 'Add Content' next to 'My Account' in the top bar again and select 'Event' from the dropdown bar. Once you have submitted your event it will appear under 'Events' in the top bar. Don't forget to share your event via your Facebook or Twitter account.

 

Post a job

Save your precious resources and post your job vacancies for free on the Youth Music Network.

To post a vacancy log in to your account. Look for the 'Add Content' next to 'My Account' in the top bar again and select ''Job' from the dropdown bar. Once you have posted your vancancy it will appear under 'Jobs' in the top bar.

 

Create a discussion group

Discussion groups allow you to create an open or closed forum around a topic of your choosing. You can choose whether you allow anyone to join this group, or if you prefer, allow access by invitation only. If you are interested in creating a discussion group contact one of the Youth Music Network team.  Once your discussion group has been created it will be found in the 'Connecting' section under 'Discussion Groups'. 

 

Create an organisation profile

Do you work with an organisation that delivers music making activities? If so, make sure that your organisation has a profile on the Youth Music Network. That way people will be able to get in touch with you. 

To create a listing for your organisation, log in to your account.Look for the 'Add Content' next to 'My Account' in the top bar again and select 'Organisation' from the dropdown bar. Once you have posted your vancancy it will appear under 'Organisations' in the top bar. 

 

Create a project profile

If you know of any music-making activity going on in your area then we encourage you to create a profile for that particular programme or project.

To add a project profile, log in to your account. Look for the 'Add Content' next to 'My Account' in the top bar again and select 'Project' from the dropdown bar. Once you have posted your vancancy it will appear under 'Projects' in the top bar.
