Job description
We are seeking to appoint a Home Tuition Coordinator to join the brilliant staff team at YMES. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new post at an exciting point in the development of the organisation. Reporting to the Director, you will have week-to-week operational responsibility for the YMES Home Tuition scheme, and will be playing a crucial part in our mission to spread a love of music-making.
As part of our comprehensive service offer, the Home Tuition scheme seeks to provide highly qualified, approved, professional music teachers to students who request a teacher to visit them at home. The role combines responsibility for business development within Home Tuition with coordination of the scheme’s ongoing administration.
The successful candidate will be a well-organised and efficient individual with strong time management skills, who feels equally comfortable working as part of a team and on own initiative. You will have a driven and creative approach to work. Outstanding communication skills are essential. With excellent inter-personal skills, the successful candidate will also adhere to an impeccable standard of written English.
