Programme Delivery Manager
Job description
This is an entirely new role for Drake Music, created to meet the evolving needs of the organization alongside our 2015-18 Strategic Development Plan.
As such, we a really keen to find a candidate with the right skills and experience to help us set the role up for success.
We are looking for someone:
- with exceptional organizational and administration skills
- a strategic thinker who is able to take the priorities of several departments and ensure they are all represented in a programme of work
- who brings passion and creativity in their development of projects and programmes
- with a keen attention to detail who is able to hold the responsibility for a number of projects at once and ensure a high level of quality in all of them
- an exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with participants, freelancers, partners and prospective partners, managers and other members of the team.
Full Time, based in London with regular travel to & working in Manchester/Bristol £32k p.a.
