Heart Beats is a music club for young people with learning disabilities between the ages of 16 and 25.

Based in Somerset, Count Me In are a team who have worked and played together since 2002. We offer one-off sessions; lead celebrations and performances; deliver projects; offer training; run workshops for education, events and gatherings.
Our work has a focus of finding musicality through 'playing with music' - we enjoy exploring communication through sound and improvisation. Often we work with people who are not trained as musicians, or may have learning disabilities.
