Arts development agency and consultancy incorporated in 2001. Works with a variety of artforms, but predominantly music.

Commissions managed include The Imagined Village, coordinating 30 people, a budget of £300k, a premiere in front of 8000 people and a 12 date national tour culminating in the Royal Festival Hall. WAW devised and created PALOP Africa over five years across four countries. It delivered 5 tours, launching international careers of 2 singers including recording contracts, BBC award nominations, and national TV, newspaper and radio coverage. 

In 2012 WAW devised and raised £250k to run a three year project to develop music touring targeting Britain’s Somali and South Asian most marginalised communities. All aspects of delivery were managed including budget, booking, producing and successfully delivering 6 tours> it generated £280k ticket income and audiences in excess of 30,000. To do this required understanding diverse communities and bespoke communication strategies in non-mainstream media.

Consultancies have included clients such as Sandwell Arts Festival, Warwick Arts Centre, Colston Hall  and de Montfort Hall where programme, education and outreach programmes were deised and delivered.
