The Northamptonshire Youth Music Consortium started to deliver its programme in September 2011. We have a collaborative approach and the following aims:
1. Draw together a varied programme of high quality music activities across the county to ensure collaborative working and clear progression routes for cyp
2. Enable some current music provision to be sustained and maintained whilst developing new and innovative activities that enables greater access for cyp

Notivate provides educational and therapeutic music programmes for young people. This is why we are here:

“Notivate exists to inspire, support and encourage children and young people through music, by providing them with teachers, resources and opportunities that enable them to explore, develop and achieve their God-given potential in a suitable environment with people they can trust.”

Our three main programmes are:

Catalyst Creates.....CIC is the sister company of Catalyst Theatre Arts. As a Community Interest Company we develop and deliver creative participative projects to children, young people and their families, adults and older people in the East Midlands, with particular emphasis on work in Northamptonshire. 

Why Catalyst Creates?

Catalyst Theatre Arts love devising exciting projects to inspire!  Their aim is for all pupils to access creative ways of learning to encourage them to achieve something amazing.  They passionately believe, every day at school should be positive, where children are enthused and teachers confident.

The Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust is an independent charitable company that will take over the functions of the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Service on April 1st 2012.

NMPAS has provided for the Musical and Artistic life of the young people of Northamptonshire for over 40 years with a proud history of engagement with Schools and the Community and a rich heritage of area music centres and County-Wide ensembles, known throughout the County, Country and Europe.
