CCYS provides regular clubs and out reach sessions for young people. We currently deliver 11 weekly universal sessions for
over 300 young people at 5 locations in Crawley. Within our services we encourage young people to build aspirations,
learn from their experiences and give back to the community.

YOS Youth Music Project sits in Adolescent Services which works within Childrens Services. We provide free Music Sessions for YP aged between 11yrs to 18 yrs, referrals are taken from various services across Brighton & Hove. We work in partnership with Audio Active who provide us with the Music Tutors who have vast experience of working in the Music Industry as well as skill's knowledge and experience of engaging hard to reach YP. They also provide the YP Traineeship programme so that YP can then learn how to work with YP and work alongside the experienced Music Tutors, gaining on the Job experience, training and building their skill's of working with challenging YP with various needs.
I co-ordinate the Project from YOS and provide information and work with the YP to help them access the project and manage all referrals. Through this project several YP go onto to college, working in the industry, and or working with YP organisations.

All Sorts of Music, Music School, situated in Worth (between Sandwich and Deal), offers a comprehensive instrument lesson package, teaching both privately and within schools. We are friendly and approachable and offer individual and group lessons tailored to your needs.  Lessons start at an affordable £5.  Subsidised lessons available for those on low income or on certain benefits.

Beat Routes’ mission is to empower disadvantaged young people to become positive, active members of our community through the arts, inspiring them to realize their own potential.


Winnall Rock School provides free music tuition to disadvantaged young people (10 - 18) who live within the Winchester District.

The project is aimed at young people in the Hastings area and the surrounding Rother district links young people into music projects and develops their interest in music and delivers practical teaching and an immersion into different music genres.   Combining the expertise of Rhythmix and other music providers we are utilising the Music Pods at Hollington Youth Centre and will provide celebrastion events at various locations giving young people the opportunity to showcase their talent and also learn about different aspects of the music industry. We are looking forward to building onto the success’s the young people have had making music and performing publically in the future on the ‘Make Waves’ project.
