PREPARING TO DELIVER CONCEPT

I had the pleasure of working as a Music Leader on Pedestrian's music making course for young people titled 'Concept.' It was my first time delivering on this course which took place in Corby at The Cube. What an experience! Prior to leading the group for a week long residency, I was made to feel as prepared as possible with a full day's training on youth engagement. The CPD session allowed the full Concept team to really feel as though they were part of a bigger picture and made us realise how much care had gone into the project. It was evident that the Project Manager, Kate Rounding had put in a lot of thought into the planning of the course.
