Music Education Hub Mentoring Programme

Arts Council run a peer development and mentoring programme for Music Education Hubs, and those who want to take part as a mentor or mentee must register their interest by 7 September 2017.

Music Education Hubs are actively encouraged to take part in this programme as part of Arts Council's approach to quality.

Mentors can be from MEHs, other Arts Council funded organisations or selected from the private sector. They must have worked at management level for at least three years and have experience of managing and developing people. There are benefits for mentors too. They can sharpen their development skills, improve their interpersonal communication and self-awareness, discover new ways of problem solving and learn how other organisations achieve success – all in a different, stimulating environment.
