The Youth Voice & Participation Equaliser
The Youth Voice & Participation Equaliser has landed!
Through our Rewired research into youth voice activity across England, it became clear that people are keen for more information and support around what youth voice is and how to embed it in projects and organisations. We have developed the Equaliser as a tool to help you reflect on where you are at with youth voice, and consider how to develop further. It involves a series of multiple choice questions based upon Hart's Ladder of Participation and the Sound Connections Six Catergories of Youth Particpation. It takes about 10 minutes to complete and at the end you are given results and recommendations. We hope you find it a helpful starting point.
