We have created lots of music and learnt a lot of things about #Inclusion and equal access and had a lot of fun... But did Jam Buddies make equal access to music, the arts and life a reality for young people (YP) with and without ‘learning disability’ or ‘autism’ labels?

The concept of an #Inclusive approach to ‘Buddying’ was central to the Jam Buddies project.

The Urban Vocal Group staged its first Artist development showcase concert featuring 6 young artists aged 15 – 18 performing original tracks co-written with local musicians

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s round of Early Years Apprentices. We had a huge number of applications this year, a testament to the need for more spaces catering to supporting those working in the early years music sector.

We’re delighted to be welcoming five exceptional apprentices, all of whom bring with them a wealth of skills, knowledge and understanding about early years music practice. We look forward to working with them over the next year.

Plymouth Music Zone puts people centre stage and becomes the first UK arts organisation to gain the latest Gold standard Investors in People award. 

From meeting at a conference, to creating a Music-Technology company, ready to approach national-level delivery.

We are really pleased with out path, so far, and we would like to share our recipe with others, including successes, failures and motivation tricks to always get back on your feet.
