Leeds Transition Fund

The Leeds Transition Fund is funded by Leeds City Council. The aim of the fund is to support third sector organisations who are at a stage where they need to change their structure or service offering as a result of changes to the funding environment and to help them to look at how they can be more sustainable in the future.

This is the second round of funding to distribute some of the money that was not allocated in the first round. The key difference is that for this round there is no requirement to evidence a cut in funding. However applicants must clearly demonstrate why they need to change and how the funding will help them to be more sustainable.

Organisations who applied to the first round will receive a decision on their application shortly. Organisations who did not receive a Grant from the first round are eligible to re-apply to the second round. This is not a general grants scheme that can provide you with a core grant to help towards ongoing running costs. Grants of up to £10,000 will be given to third sector organisations that are based in Leeds Metropolitan District or providing services for people that live in Leeds.

Area: Leeds Metropolitan District Amount: Grants of up to £10,000 are available Closing Date: 5.00pm, 28th September 2012
