I am a dedicated and hard working professional artist with a proven track record of extensive teaching/training and vocational experience and knowledge across a wide range of skills in Music Production/technology and Radio production, photography including Photoshop and album art design, overdubbing, singer/songwriter, creative writing, live performance, live sound engineering and many areas within the music industry. I deliver professional music technology and Radio production workshops which give young people the opportunity in creating their own music and radio productions. I have extensive skills in teaching, managing and supporting diverse groups of learners through nationally accredited programmes whilst understanding and anticipating emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties to those who may have little experience of education and training. Employing excellent psychology acumen, I have been successful in conceptualising viable strategies and logical plans via the medium of music in the emotional health and well-being of vulnerable, socially and economically inactive and at risk people, multi-cultural environments, challenging behaviour, youth, children and offenders. I have been personally responsible for transferring my musical and radio production ability to aid the well being of previous participants in their personal development and functional skills along with the development of self-esteem and self-confidence.
