The Vibe Youth Music Project is based in Rochdale Greater Manchester.

VIBE delivers day time and night time activities for Young People. During the day we run AQA qualifications for under 25s in Music Production, Events Managements, DJ workshops and Bass and Guitar Tuition aimed at neet groups and unemployed people. We are also a music cafe where people can come and enjoy a hot and cold drink and sing a song or play guitar etc.

We run three Youth Music tuition evenings per week, the Young People of various back grounds and experience of music come to practice with there bands or take up DJing, music production, guitar or bass lessons, we also run regular events for the Young bands, Singers, Musicians and MCs to perfom live at our venue. The events are organised by the Young Musicans and Vibe volenteers. The Tuition and live events have attracted a minimum of 1,800 young people aged 12-18 yrs, providing 5,400 hours safe positive activity annually.

Vibe run a structured volunteering programme for supporting the delivery of Vibe's projects and activities; drop-in, band rehearsal and live music events, equipping young people with new skills/knowledge & experiences; enhancing social / economic potential, particularly related to careers and employment.
