I'm a researcher and lecturer in music and drama at the University of Lincoln, UK. My main interests are in musical theatre and popular music. As a writer and director for musical theatre I've been involved in lots of youth music projects around the country. I'm currently working on a project called "Welcoming Voices", which is exploring how migrant communities from Eastern Europe engage with music.
