As CEO of the busy and ambitious music charity, Inner City Music (t/a Band on the Wall) I am ultimately responsible to the board of trustees for all aspects of strategic direction and operational implementation of the organisations objectives and mission.  Although a small organisation, employing 14 permanent staff and a team of young casual staff, we also provide 1000 employment days for touring musicians and artists, have a national reputation and deliver non mainstream music events across the North of the UK, including in Cumbria, Leeds and Edinburgh. 

Inner City Music now produces tours, with a focus on excellence, international programming and BAME genres, across the UK.  We are registered as a Tier 5 sponsor with the border agency, bringing artists from across the world and acting as host and tour producer.  We also deliver projects and work in partnership with a number of other organisations to support the delivery of learning programmes.
