Hello!
I am the Projects Manager for Lincolnshire One Venues or LOV as it is more fondly known. LOV is a network of visual and performing arts venues in Lincolnshire. The overall vision of LOV is to bring people the very best in arts and culture by working together to support, sustain and develop the arts and arts venues across the beautiful and rural county of Lincolnshire.
It is my job to support the network to work together to co-commission, share resources, deliver joint programming across the network, bring in additional funding, develop new audiences and share learning to enhance the arts offer for all throughout Lincolnshire and beyond.
I started my career as an actor and facilitator working on a wide variety of engagement programmes with a diverse range of participants and audience members. My career has focused on working with young people on youth-led participatory projects to help develop young people as decision makers and future leaders. I am extremely passionate about empowering young programmers and performers and am keen to see young people’s voices embedded in all arts organisations.
