Was CEO of Gloucestershire Music Makers until Aug 2014, now focusing back on delivery and more training work. Started working with unemployed young people in City Centre Youth Project, Cardiff in 1984 developing music activties, after music degree and PGCE. Moved on to run Community Music Wales in 1989 and then went freelance and moved back to Gloucestershire. Ran Forest of Dean Music Makers from 2001 and led merger to form Gloucesterhsire Music Makers in 2011. Has delivered training since 1992, including the New Horizons course in the West Midlands which has been going for 16 years with Quench Arts, Birmingham Music Service and other W. Mids Music Services. I have designed and led training for Community Music Wales, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wilts hubs and others.
