Rachel Graham

I'm Project Director for TiPP, an arts organisation specialising in working within the criminal justice system. My passion is creating live music making experiences for young people both in the community and in secure institutions and I am regularly involved in the the delivery of projects. Being involved in the face to face work informs my project management responsibilities as well as policy decisions. 

This work forms the basis of my teaching at the University of Manchester where I designed and deliver two courses for the Music Department.  I deliver a training stratergy for our own workforce as well as other organisations and I am accredited by the NSPCC as a trainer and do safeguarding consultancy and training for a range of arts organisations across the counrty.
