Head of Grants: I lead on Youth Music’s grant-making practice, ensuring a continuous improvement approach that embeds our grant-making principles and complies with the wider legal framework. Developing our culture, communications and practices to foster a motivated and high performing team. I was previously Programme Manager, and prior to that I was Grants & Learning Officer for the South West, East of England and East Midlands portfolios. I have a background in arts education - running projects and programmes for a variety of creative and cultural organisations. I love Early Years music-making and lead on this for Youth Music.
