Guide to your Grant Offer Acceptance form

All applicants

If you have been offered a grant you will need to complete an online Grant Offer Acceptance form, and submit this to Youth Music to confirm your intent to accept the funds. The information on this form will help us to ensure your funding agreement includes the correct information and lets us know how you wish your programme to be publicised on our website.

The form will be published in your online account shortly after you have been notified of a successful application, and after your have completed any changes that may be required to your original application form. It will appear in the 'My Tasks' section of the Youth Music grants portal.

Fund B applicants only

You will usually have some autonomy over your monitoring and payment schedule to enable you to fit your grant reporting requirements around your organisational capacity and workflow.

First payments will be released on satisfactory completion of your Initial Grant Requirements form, which will be issued once we have received your Grant Offer Acceptance form.

Your subsequent payments will not be released until you have spent 85% of the previous payment/s. You should take this into account when setting your payment amounts and requirement dates. Your first payment can be no more than 50% of your total grant from Youth Music. This payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of your initial conditions, including receipt of your signed funding agreement.

You will usually have 2 weeks to complete and submit the Grant Offer Acceptance form. Youth Music reserves the right to rescind any grant offer in the event that the grant conditions are not met within the specified timescales. We therefore advise that you do not commit any project expenditure until you have received confirmation from Youth Music of your first payment.
