D-Day 75

D-Day 75 - Remember Together is HMDT Music's new project in partnership with The Royal British Legion.

We are commissioning two songs from composer Matthew King and writer Stephen Plaice to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day which focus on the collaboration and cooperation of everyone involved in the planning and the day itself, in order to remember their contributions and the impact the events still have on our lives today. The songs are available FREE OF CHARGE, for all schools and choirs to download and learn, supported by a range of KS2 and KS3 cross-curricular resources as an introduction to the context and theme of Remembrance. We want to encourage as many schools and choirs as possible across the country to sing the songs on 6 June to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of D-Day.
