Head of Education & Artistic Planning
Job description
The Head of Education & Artistic Planning- a new role- will lead on the curation and creative development of the Foundation's Programmes and Tutor teams, manage the commissioning of new works, and foster partnerships to support transformative and inclusive music education.
They will deeply understand the Artistic Director's vision, and bring this to fruition through creative, pedagogically-informed Programme development and closely liaising with our wider range of freelance Tutor teams, music services, educational institutions and other partners. They will also play a vital role in ensuring that the Artistic Director remains connected to the frontline of the industry and that the direction and offer of The Benedetti Foundation maintains keen relevance and continues to creatively develop in response to industry need.

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
Location: Remote with monthly team meetings in a central location (currently London) and regular UK travel
Contract: Permanent role; 0.8 - 1.0 FTE to be agreed in collaboration with the successful applicant
