Head of Programmes and Partnerships

Job description

Orchestras for All is looking for a Head of Programmes and Partnerships to join its dynamic team on a full-time basis. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will work alongside the Executive Director to drive forward the charity’s inspiring strategy and ambitious plans for the future, with overall responsibility for our three life-changing programmes.

This exciting role is a blend of overseeing the outcomes of OFA’s work through leading and managing the programmes team, and ongoing advocacy that includes attending external events and conferences as well as engaging with partners, donors and stakeholders to collaborate and explore the benefits of building new and existing relationships.

You will have a passion for people and partnerships, be eager to streamline and evolve internal policies and procedures and be excited by the opportunity to empower young people within our programmes to gain greater responsibility of the charity in years to come.

Salary:           

£33,000-£37,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location:      

Cecil Sharp House in Camden, London, as well as residential activity across the UK. Flexible home working is currently supported and applicants from outside of London are welcomed.
