Life On Stream

Life On Stream brought together a strong network of experienced partners to develop, maintain and deliver a music making programme for young people in challenging circumstances within Cheshire East. This programme aimed to enhance and improve the musical, social and personal development of  through participation in high quality music-making activity. This short documentary helps tell the story of our work.
