MAC Makes Music Manager

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Manager for MAC Makes Music to lead on the development and delivery of the MAC Makes Music Programme in partnership with Youth Music.  This role requires working strategically with multiple partners including music leaders, Music Hubs and school settings to provide creative opportunities for children and young people.

 

MAC Makes Music is an award-winning programme providing innovative music making opportunities for children and young people with limited access to music provision. As the Manager for MAC Makes Music you will lead on the provision of high-quality music making experiences led by a team of highly experienced musicians and champion innovation in music making approaches, support workforce development and advocate for equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion within music education.

This post is funded through financial investment provided by Youth Music and is formally contracted through until June 2026. The salary is £35,019 per annum.

This is a full-time position. Weekend and/or evening work may be required on occasions. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure with CRB (see Criminal Records Bureau Policy & Procedure).
