We’re looking for a full time, permanent Ticketing Assistant to join our lively team, taking bookings for shows and events, answer telephones, and dealing with customer enquiries.
The role will suit someone who has:
Experience and passion for delivering excellent customer service
The ability to perform well as part of a team
High level of literacy, computer literacy and numeracy appropriate to the requirements of the post
High level of communication skills
Experience of using Point of Sale and/or ticketing computer systems
Experience of cash handling
Ability to be flexible according to business need and to work calming and effectively under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
40 hours per week. Evening, weekend and occasional Bank Holiday working will be required.
