Orchestras for All believes that all young people should be able to access the life-changing experience of group music-making, whatever their circumstances. We are seeking three new trustees to join us from December 2021 to provide support and challenge the Chair and management team to ensure we achieve our ambitions.
Our three new trustees should be passionate about music and the arts, giving young people access to music regardless of their personal circumstances and convinced of the impact music can have on young people’s wider lives.
We are seeking trustees that have a skillset in one or more of the following topics: digital marketing and communications; fundraising; governance; HR; public and political advocacy, influencing and campaigning, and risk management.
OFA welcomes and encourages applications from Black, Asian and ethnically diverse applicants and people from a lower socio-economic background, who are currently underrepresented in our team and within the orchestral sector.
