Eleanor Ward

I'm the Programme Manager at Sound Connections looking after training and development, and previously managed MusicLeader London.

I'm responsible for supporting the workforce development of London’s music education sector - providing information, advice and guidance to practitioners at all stages of their careers, programming training and events, and developing partnerships across the sector. I also manage the communications and funding strands of Sound Connections' work.

I studied music at university and worked for organisations including the PRS for Music Foundation and Arts Council England, before becoming a freelance producer.
