Wellbeing Lead

Job description

Orchestras for All is seeking a freelance Wellbeing Lead to join our 2021-22 National Orchestra for All season. This new role within our team will work side-by-side with our programmes team to deliver our wellbeing priorities and be the first port of call for wellbeing colleagues around child protection, duty of care, and safeguarding prior to and during National Orchestra for All courses and events.

As a champion of wellbeing, you will love placing health, comfort and happiness at the heart of programme delivery, ensuring that there is equity in our offer and that all reasonable adjustments are being made to accommodate individual personal, social or cognitive issues that young people we work with might be experiencing to maximise inclusion.

OFA welcomes and encourages applications from Black, Asian and ethnically diverse applicants and people from a lower socio-economic background, who are currently underrepresented in our team and within the orchestral sector. If you declare a disability on your equal opportunities monitoring form and can demonstrate you meet the essential criteria for the role, you will be automatically invited to interview.

The role is offered on a freelance basis at £180 per day.

Deadline to apply is Thursday 24 June, 12noon.
