Emerging Artists' Showcase at Rich Mix London or via Livestream

Shining a light on talented artists who are often marginalised, as part of a collaboration between the Irene Taylor Trust and Drake Music, funded by Arts Council England, this special showcase gives a platform to four incredible Emerging Artists who have been supported by highly experienced musicians from the Irene Taylor Trust and Drake Music to develop their artistic voices and share their unique stories.
Emerging Artists L U C I N E, Macelino, Muminah and Reese Quinlan have been selected from alumni of the Irene Taylor Trust's 'Making Tracks' initiative for young musicians facing barriers and 'Sounding Out' programme for former prisoner musicians.
This showcase celebrates the conclusion of the two-year pilot partnership, over which the Emerging Artists have received individual mentoring, engaged in opportunities to work collaboratively and share learning with musicians from the Irene Taylor Trust and Drake Music, and been supported to record, release and perform their own original material.
Alongside the Emerging Artists, the evening will also feature special performances from Drake Music artists Miss Jacqui and Kris Halpin.
