Connect: Resound 2016 Gathering, from the NYMAZ Remote Music Learning Network

How can we help young people to have a rich, high quality experience of instrumental education and music in performance online? 

NYMAZ is hosting the first Connect: Resound Gathering, a daylong event that will explore how technology can increase access to music education opportunities for children and young people facing geographic and other barriers. It will provide you with the inspiration, tools, contacts and skills to help you to make best use of online technology in your music education practice.

The gathering will include contributions from:

David Ashworth - Author, Music Education Consultant and Music Technology specialist Inspire Music

Professor Michael Rofe - Senior lecturer in music at Falmouth University, and leading researcher in musicology and technology, education and community music Online Orchestra
