Event description
Heddstart Connect is all about empowerment, participation and action. Each monthly event wiill include three vital aspects of career development for women:
Communication - Getting the opportunity to hear inspiring career stories from successful women in music and media, making connections and forming networks.
Collaboration - Working together on ideas and tasks which foster greater diversity for women and promote industry best practice
Confidence - Building self-efficacy, personal confidence and esteem through group coaching work and career development activities
Heddstart Connect is about faciliating different ways for women to take center stage in the process of their own career development and to help them move forwards proactively to achieve their career goals.

Ticket price includes refreshments, a career planning guide and a donation to our charity partners Youth Music. They support young people, helping them to build their confidence, resilience, self-esteem, to make friends, to learn to trust each other, and stop anti-social behaviour.
