Exciting Autumn for CYMAZ Music

As the weather colds colder, CYMAZ Music activity gets hotter... we are getting ready for the Count Me In! conference on 19th November and starting some really interesting music making projects for young people.

CYMAZ Music is delighted to welcome new Project Administrator, Karen Lodge. Karen will be helping with organising the many projects and strands of work being managed by CYMAZ Music. You can contact Karen on Karen@cymazmusic.org.uk.

If you haven't already, make sure you book your place at Count Me In! - 19th November at Wheal Martyn. This is your chance to be involved in shaping a Musical Inclusion Strategy for children and young people in Cornwall. We have key note presentations from Matt Griffiths, CEO of Youth Music and Professor Adam Ockelford, Roehampton University.

Half price tickets available for a second person from the same organisation/school.

Look out for some new exciting CYMAZ Music projects for young people... including...

  • A young mens mental health project, in partnership with Young People Cornwall.
  • A 6 week taster project for girls in the Camborne area at dBs focussing on DJing, mixing, vocals and rap.

CYMAZ Music is always on the look out for skilled and experienced music leaders to join our pool of freelance music leaders. Contact emily@cymazmusic.org.uk.

We are also always keen to work in partnership with non-music agencies.

Watch this space for the launch for our new CYMAZ Music website, coming soon. www.cymazmusic.org.uk
