Independant learning plans

We are coming to the end of our SWAG delivery for Wiltshire. One of the key elements of our delivery is our Independent Learning plans.

We have been delivering our final component of work with SWAG Wiltshire with the EOTAS- (education other than at school)- with young people who do not attend school for health reason.

One of our lead artists- Alex Lupo- put this ILP together from discussion with the team. It is something we all use a lot and helps us and the young people measure their journey.

I guess like most people if forms the basis of how we deliver our work- sometimes we dont get to complete these until a later stage- when the relationship between the setting, the young people and the team have been established- but we always return to these at somepoint to reflect on the journey.
