Equal Opps numbers for Volunteers

I am having difficulty including monitoring figures for volunteers

We have over 6000 volunteers and the data I have access to in regards to their ethnicity, gender etc. is only availalbe in a percentage format (i.e. 45% of total volunteers)

The application form for Fund A will not let me display this information in % format so can you please let me know how I can provide you with this information when I dont have actual figures?
