Development Manager
Job description
This is a senior role and we are looking for an experienced Development Manager who would relish the opportunity to make a real difference, working closely with the CEO and her team to remove disabling barriers, increase access and advocate for equality of opportunity in music-making.
The successful candidate will develop, lead on and deliver Drake Music’s fundraising strategy, cultivate new donors, maintain and nurture relationships with a diverse range of trusts and foundations, and secure investment across the spectrum of funding sources.
The post holder will report to and work closely with the Chief Executive. Other key relationships will include the Associate National Managers, Operations Manager and Programme Delivery Manager as well as Drake Music’s Trustees.
