Instrumental Teacher and Accompanist
Job description
Teachers will have:
-
A track record for inspiring young learners
-
Experience in teaching small groups of young people eg.2-6 people
-
Excellent musical skills
-
A commitment to teaching musicianship skills starting through the voice
-
To be able to teach a range of musical styles including composing and improvising
-
Degree level education and/or equivalent professional experience
Although not essential the following could be useful:
-
Experience in Large Group, Mixed Ensemble and Workshop Leading Skills
-
QTS, PGCE, Music IT skills
Hourly rate: From £24.20 for small group teaching and £28.58 for large group/ensemble/whole class
