We are currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to organise and coordinate our creative programme for young people in East Kent. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the charity’s culture. The role will involve working alongside our partners and directly with young people and agencies.
We are looking for a talented individual, experienced in supervising a team and working directly with young people in creative and innovative ways to achieve the best possible outcomes. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and processes to ensure the effective delivery of the programme.
