Generator Launches Youth Music Toolkits

Generator has developed a number of toolkits so that Youth Music Network professionals can access practical advice and tools.

Developed with support from Youth Music, and available for free at http://toolkits.generator.org.uk/, the toolkits cover 6 main areas aimed to fast-track careers and development of young musicians and youth sector workers:

— Workforce Development

— Working with Young People Facing Challenging Circumstances

Generator CEO, Jim Mawdsley says,

“We’re very pleased to present a set of toolkit videos to help both young musicians and those working in the sector to develop skills and gain a better understanding of music practice and the music industry. Each toolkit strand contains Videos, Top Tips and Downloadable PDFs featuring practical advice, the latest music industry and youth sector thinking and useful models and tools so that users can put new skills to good use.
