National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain: January 2014

The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain come to Leeds and the Barbican this January, performing a symphonic classic alongside the premiere of a special commission.

Some of the greatest young musicians of our time tackle the emotional breadth of Mahler’s heart-wrenching fifth symphony, while Larry Goves’s The Rules harnesses NYO’s electric energy to stunning effect, challenging the traditions and protocols of the concert hall.

All tickets for the Barbican are available for £5 for under 25s. Enter code 050114 when prompted.

There are 50% discounts available at Leeds Town Hall for under 18s and students.
