Song Academy Young Songwriter 2014 competition is open for entries

Calling budding young songwriters 7-18 years old across the UK and Ireland to enter SAYS2014.

Calling budding young songwriters 7-18 years old across the UK and Ireland to enter SAYS 2014.  Enter individually or with friends. All lyrics and music must be original work.  Entrants may submit up to 3 songs.  Separately judged for 7-12 years olds and 13-18 year olds. The deadline to enter the competition is 6 April 2014 and entry is free.  Enter at www.songacademy.co.uk/says14/ - submit your entry form and your song (use the Song Academy Audioboo app to record your song/upload your mp3 recording). This exciting platform gives young people the opportunity to have their songs heard by industry professionals, and the chance to release their own professionally recorded single at Universal Music’s recording studio in London.  The winners will also win a professional photo shoot and songwriting equipment and software.
